Born in 1985, Andrew Sides grew up in Richmond, VA followed by Paramus, NJ, before his family settled in Lake Mary, FL. Despite being a kid who loved dinosaurs, aliens, monsters, robots, drawing, and all things nerdy and cool, he grew up with a fairly normal life. Even though he was referred to as "that weird kid that drew a lot," Andrew made it through his public education, drawing on whatever scrap piece of paper he could find.

Once old enough, Andrew enrolled in the Savannah College of Art and Design under the Sequential Art department. There, he discovered the secrets of why Archie comics are so terrible, where Al Capp's mysterious left leg disappeared to, as well as uncovered the truth behind European comics (they rock!). A recent cum laude graduate from SCAD with a BFA in Sequential Art, he now scours the countryside on the world wide web, looking for a place to hire him and his bedeviled right hand in the film/television, animation, or game industry.

Currently, Andrew lives in Atlanta, GA with his girlfriend Ashley and their two birds and two cats, who enjoy tormenting him while he draws.
